Crusca Pottery is the startup ceramic store behind this Branding Identity. In Gaelic (or Celtic),
“Crusca” means pitcher or jar. This logo is very Irish by being traditionally minded as well as
having a modern appearance. The two pots pictured represent community as well as
representing a product to a largely unfamiliar audience. Contrasting lines and slate blue
background offer an approachable, playful look. The ellipse exudes ideas of a friendship
between company and customer. Use of negative space allows the logo to be easily
recognizable on any format, whether a website or a metal button. Since the company wants an
Irish flavor without being too stereotypical, this brand is versatile while implying a welcoming relationship with its clients.
